I’m sure you’re all gathering up your recipes for Cinco de Mayo tomorrow! So before you head to the grocery store to pick up those last few ingredients– consider trying some queso, Shirley J style!
Shirley J Queso:
Ingredients:
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, microwaved until soft
1 cup Shirley J Signature Cream Sauce Base
3 Cups water
2 cups pico de gallo
1 cup Jalapenos, finely diced
Directions:
1. Mix Shirley J Universal Cream Sauce Base with water. Blend with wire whisk. Bring to a boil
2. Add microwaved cheese to mixture.
3. Add pice de gallo and jalapenos and stir.
4. Continue to heat on lower setting until desired consistency is reached.
5. Serve over nacho chips or use as dip.
