Shirley J Recipe: Béarnaise Sauce

The Shirley J just add water mix blends perfectly with no lumps and in only minutes will give you a perfect silky, seasoned sauce for use in countless soups, sauces, casseroles and gravies. Anyone who can stir and boil water can make a perfect cream sauce or soup every time.

Ingredients:

1 cup Shirley J Signature Cream Sauce Base
2 cups cold water
1½ teaspoon dry tarragon
1 teaspoon onion, minced
1 teaspoon wine vinegar

Directions:

Mix Shirley J Signature Cream Soup Base with water. Blend with wire whisk and bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients.
