Easy to make and delicious to eat who can resist the goodness of a homemade Cheesy Jalapeno Corn Bread/Muffins? Exciting!
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Shirley J Corn Muffin & Bread Mix
¾ cup water
1/3 cup frozen corn kernels
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped canned jalapenos
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix for 45 seconds or until all ingredients are combined. Fill greased or paper lined muffin tins halfway or a greased 9X9 baking pan. Cook muffins for 14-16 minutes at 375. Cook 9X9 bread pan for 18-24 minutes at 375. Remove from oven and glaze the top with butter.
