Ingredients:
6 Tablespoons Shirley J All Purpose Seasoning
1 cup dry white bread crumbs
½ cup Mayonnaise
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx 6 oz each)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine seasoning with bread crumbs; set aside. Using pastry brush, coat chicken breasts with mayonnaise, dredge breasts in the seasoned bread crumb mixture to coat. Arrange chicken on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until done. Serve plain or with sauce prepared from Shirley J Cream Sauce Base.
