Shirley J Recipe: Caramel Apple Brownies

Trying just about anything is not a problem especially when even the sound of it is so inviting. Isn’t it too lovely to spend the night munching Caramel Apple Brownies?

Ingredients:

3 ½ c. Shirley J Fudge Brownie Mix
½ c. apple cider (heated not boiling)
1 c. apple pie filling
30 caramel candy pieces (unwrapped)

Directions:

Heat the pie filling and the caramels together until the caramel is dissolved. Combine apple cider and Shirley J Fudge Brownie Mix with an electric mixer for 90 seconds and pour into a well-greased 9×9 pan. Pour the caramel apple mixture on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350, or until the brownies are cooked in the middle.
