Easy to make and delicious to eat who can resist the goodness of a homemade Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies?
Ingredients:
4 cup Shirley J Universal Cookie Mix
½ cup water
1 cup Dutch cocoa powder
1 cup shredded coconut
2 TB corn syrup
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl; it will seem too dry at first but keep kneading it until it sticks together. Place a table spoon amount on a greased or parchment lined cookie sheet and flatten bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
