Shirley J Recipe: Deluxe Meatloaf

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef
4 Tablespoons Shirley J All Purpose Seasoning mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup water
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
½ cup shredded carrots
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine all ingredients and mix till well combined. Place mixture in 9×13 baking dish and form into loaf. Bake 1 hour in oven or until done. If desired top with additional ketchup, let stand for 10 minutes and slice for serving.
