Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 pound sirloin or other steak cut into 1” cubes
4 Tablespoons Shirley J All Purpose Seasoning mix
1 cup water
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) new potatoes drained and cubed*
10 ounces frozen peas and carrots*
Directions:
In non stick skillet heat oil and brown beef cubes. Stir in remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes or until beef is tender.* if desired use 1 cup fresh potatoes and 1 cup fresh carrots, omitting peas.
