Shirley J Recipe: Slow Roasted Beef Brisket

Ingredients:

4 Tablespoons Shirley J All Purpose Seasoning mix
¾ cup water
½ cup ketchup
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp ground black pepper
3- lb. boneless beef brisket

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine spice mix, ketchup, water, garlic powder, and pepper in 9×13 baking dish or roasting pan, add brisket; turn to coat. Cover loosely with foil and bake 3 hours or until brisket is tender.
