Shirley J Recipe: Sun Dried Tomato and Artichoke Chicken Bake

Ingredients:

4 chicken breast halves (boneless or bone in)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
6 Tablespoons Shirley J All Purpose Seasoning
2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
1/3 cup chopped drained sun dried tomatoes in oil
1-6/oz jar marinated artichoke hearts undrained

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in large baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir. Pour over chicken breasts. Bake chicken for 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
