Shirley J Recipe: Cheese Potato Soup

Ingredients:

1 cup Shirley J Signature Cream Sauce Base
3 cups cold water
2 cup diced potato, cooked
3 green onions chopped with some green stem
2 cups grated cheddar cheese (or to taste)
6-8 slices of cooked crumbled bacon or equivalent of diced ham
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Whisk Cream Soup Base and water, bring to boil. Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add more cheese if desired. Serves very well in a bread bowl.
