Ingredients:
1 cup fresh noodles, (or as desired), (dry noodles may be used, but reduce quantity)
1 cup Shirley J Signature Cream Sauce Base
3 cups water
2 teaspoon Shirley J Chicken Bouillon (or to taste)
2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 small onion, diced
¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
Boil noodles till tender. Drain. Whisk together Cream Soup Base and water, heat to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients, reserving parsley. Simmer for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
