Shirley J Recipe: Corn Sausage Chowder

Ingredients:

1 cup Shirley J Signature Cream Sauce Base
3 cups cold water
1 cup diced potatoes, cooked
½ cup onion, chopped
1/2 pound country style sausage, cooked, finely crumbled, or bacon cooked and crumbled
2 can (16 oz) creamed corn
1 can (16 oz) whole kernel corn, drained

Directions:

Combine Cream soup base and water, blend with a wire whisk, heat to boiling. Stir in sausage, or bacon, onion, potatoes and corn. Simmer for 10 minutes.
