Shirley J Recipe: Cream of Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

1 cups Shirley J Signature Cream Sauce Base
3 cups cold water
1 1/2 teaspoon Shirley J Chicken Bouillon
1 cup chicken, cooked and chopped
1 cup celery, finely diced
½ cup carrots, shredded (optional)
¼ cup fresh parsley (optional)

Directions:

Add Shirley J Signature Cream Sauce Base to water, whisk add chicken, celery and carrots. Simmer until celery is cooked. Add parsley as a garnish.
