Shirley J Recipe: Creamy Mashed Potatos

Ingredients:

6 – 8 potatoes-large, peeled, cooked & mashed
½ cup Shirley J Cream Sauce Base
1 cup water
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine.

Directions:

Whisk together water and Shirley J Cream Sauce Base. Add Cream Sauce Base to potatoes ½ cup at a time along with butter. Beat until fluffy, using mixer. If desired, add more Shirley J Cream Sauce Base to make creamier.
