Shirley J Recipe: Creamy Minestrone Soup

Serves 10-12

Ingredients:

3 cans (14½ ounces) diced Tomatoes
2 cups Shirley J Signature Cream Sauce Base
6 cups cold water
1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked.
1 can kidney beans
1 can white beans
1 can green beans
2 Tablespoons Shirley J Pizza/Pasta seasoning
Parmesan cheese for garnish

Directions:

Mix together diced tomatoes, Shirley J Signature Cream Soup Base and Water. Heat till boiling, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
