Ingredients:
1 cup Shirley J Signature Cream Sauce Base
3 cups cold water
1 cup potatoes, diced,
2-3 green onions, chopped including some of the green stem
3 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled (may substitute ham or sausage)
Directions:
Whisk together Cream Soup Base and water. Blend with a wire whisk. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
