Shirley J Recipe: Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup Shirley J Signature Cream Sauce Base
3 cups cold water
1½ Tablespoons lemon juice
Dash of cayenne or Tabasco

Directions:

Mix Shirley J Signature Cream Soup Base with water; blend with wire whisk and bring to a boil. Add lemon juice and pepper sauce. This is excellent for Chicken ala King, Shrimp Newburg or with any fish or vegetable dish. More or less lemon may be added.
