Shirley J Recipe: Potato’s Au Gratin

Serves 8-10

Ingredients:

4 cups potatoes, cooked & diced
3 cups water
1 cup Shirley J Signature Cream Sauce Base
1-2 cups grated cheese.

Directions:

Whisk together water and Shirley J Cream Sauce Base, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cheese and stir. Combine with potatoes and mix well. Place in greased baking dish and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
