Shirley J Recipe: Chicken Saltimbocca

Another Yummy dish from Shirley J that would definitely make your hearts sings! Perfect for dinnertime, or served cold for an afternoon lunch!

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
3 TB oil
4 6-8oz chicken breasts
4 pieces of thin sliced Prosciutto (dry canned ham)
4 fresh whole sage leaves
1 8oz can tomato sauce
½ tsp Shirley J Pizza & Pasta Seasoning
2 TB water

Directions:
Heat the tomato sauce and seasoning together and add the water.
Heat the oil in a sauté pan on medium heat; sear the chicken breasts on both sides. Place a sage leaf on top and wrap a piece of the prosciutto completely around the sage and the chicken. Bake in for about 10 minutes at 350.
Place 2oz portion of sauce on a plate and place the chicken directly on top of the sauce.
