Shirley J Recipe: Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef
4 Tablespoons Shirley J All Purpose Seasoning mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup water
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
½ cup shredded carrots
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Prepare meatloaf as described above but add 2/3 cup uncooked long grain white rice to mixture, mix well. Portion into meatballs of desired size by rolling in hands [...]
