Cream of Mushroom Soup

For a simple cream of mushroom soup that is fast and easy, try our recipe!

Cream of Mushroom Soup:

Ingredients:

1 cup Shirley J Signature Cream Sauce Base

3 cups water

4 oz. chopped canned mushrooms* (approx.)

Directions:

Whisk Soup Base and water until smooth. Heat to a boil. Add mushrooms and simmer until they are tender.

Note – dried mushrooms work very well in this recipe; simply chop them and place them in the water for a few minutes before adding the cream sauce base.
